Up until Q1 2016, you needed to use the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management system to be able to deploy career site builder. Now, with the Q2 2016 release, SAP SuccessFactors has unlocked the benefits of career site builder for use with your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) of choice.

In this standalone scenario, you’ll need an integration from your ATS to career site builder. Then, requisitions from your ATS will appear on your career site, letting candidates find and apply for a particular job.

The integration can also populate ATS-derived information into the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) Advanced Analytics platform. This will provide a holistic view of the hiring process, from candidate source tracking to hire or disposition status.

Since career site builder is built upon the RMK platform, it is more than just a website! Career site builder utilizes the same RMK dashboard functionality found in other RMK websites, which enables clients to see actionable insights into the effectiveness of their recruiting marketing strategy.

In addition to the analytics available in the RMK dashboard, career site builder contains the same industry leading search engine optimization (SEO) features found in today’s RMK sites.
